Please read these Terms carefully before accessing, registering for, purchasing, or using any services provided through our website or app. By using the service, clicking purchase, completing checkout, or continuing to access the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

The service is provided through https://www.shen-shu.com and https://app.shen-shu.com. It offers digital services based on BaZi charting rules and AI-generated analysis, including but not limited to:

  • BaZi chart calculation and interpretation
  • Life phase and timing analysis
  • Compatibility and relationship analysis
  • Educational reference materials
  • AI conversations and generated reports

The service is a digital, intangible product delivered over the internet. After payment is confirmed, the relevant access rights are usually activated immediately.

2. Important Notices

    The service does not guarantee, promise, or provide certain predictions about future events.

  2. Not professional advice
    The service does not constitute medical, legal, psychological, financial, investment, or other professional advice. For important decisions, please consult qualified professionals.

  3. For reference and self-understanding only
    All content is provided for informational reference, entertainment, and self-understanding. It should not be used as the sole basis for real-world decisions.

  4. AI content may be inaccurate
    AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and using the output.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

By using the service, you agree that:

  1. You are at least 18 years old, or you are using the service under guardian supervision;
  2. The information you provide is truthful, accurate, and lawful;
  3. You will keep your login credentials secure and are responsible for activities under your account;
  4. If you discover unauthorized account use, you will contact us promptly at support@shen-shu.com;
  5. You will not interfere with, attack, bypass, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service, its security measures, or billing systems.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account or service access if we detect violations, fraud, abuse, payment issues, or legal requirements.

4. Plans, Payment, and Access

The service currently offers one-time, time-limited access plans, such as Day Pass and Monthly Pass. The specific plans, features, prices, and validity periods are shown on the checkout page.

By completing a purchase, you authorize us or the third-party payment processor shown at checkout to charge your payment method for the amount displayed at checkout. Current card checkout is processed by a third-party payment provider, such as Creem or another payment processor shown on the checkout page.

Unless the checkout page clearly states otherwise, paid plans are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew. Access begins after payment confirmation and ends when the applicable validity period expires or the applicable usage limit is exhausted.

Payment card data is processed by the third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers or full card security codes on our own servers.

5. Refund Policy

Because the service is a digital service that is activated immediately after payment, access is generally non-refundable once granted and used.

You may contact us at support@shen-shu.com for review in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges caused by a billing error;
  • Payment succeeded but access was not properly activated, and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time;
  • Within 7 days of purchase, you have not used the paid access, generated a paid report, or consumed paid AI service;
  • Applicable law requires a refund, withdrawal right, or other consumer protection right.

When requesting a refund, please provide your account email, transaction ID, payment time, and a description of the issue. We will review eligible requests within a reasonable time. Used access periods, generated reports, consumed AI conversations, and accounts restricted for violating these Terms are generally non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.

6. Billing Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect or do not recognize a transaction on your statement, please contact us first at support@shen-shu.com, and include your account email, transaction ID, billing screenshot, and issue description where possible.

We will try to respond within 2 business days and resolve confirmed billing errors as soon as reasonably possible. To help resolve issues faster, please contact us before filing a transaction dispute with your bank or card issuer.

7. AI Content and Intellectual Property

Subject to these Terms, AI output generated from your own input may be used for personal reference and lawful purposes allowed by these Terms.

You grant us a limited permission to process birth information, text input, and other content you submit only as needed to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal input content to third parties without your explicit consent.

The website name, branding, interface design, page content, software code, prompt structures, model orchestration, database content, and other materials provided by us are protected by intellectual property and related laws. Without permission, you may not:

  • Copy, mass scrape, mirror, or systematically extract service content;
  • Use service content for unauthorized commercial redistribution;
  • Use service inputs, outputs, model responses, or derived data to train, fine-tune, benchmark, or develop models or products that compete with the service;
  • Remove, hide, or modify copyright, trademark, or other rights notices in the service.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or payment network rule;
  • Generate, distribute, or assist with illegal, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, or infringing content;
  • Generate, distribute, or assist with sexualized content involving minors or other content that harms minors;
  • Create malware, phishing content, spam, cyberattack tools, or methods to bypass security restrictions;
  • Infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights;
  • Resell, rent, share, or sublicense service access without authorization;
  • Scrape, collect, or store service output at scale through automated or systematic means;
  • Present AI output as the conclusion of a licensed doctor, lawyer, therapist, financial advisor, or other professional in contexts where doing so may cause real-world harm.

9. Data, Privacy, and Account Deletion

If you want your account deleted, please contact us at support@shen-shu.com. To protect account security, we may ask you to verify your identity or account ownership first.

Account deletion does not mean that every record is immediately and physically deleted from all systems. Under the current product process, when an account is deleted, we make reasonable efforts to remove removable personal usage data, such as birth profiles, chat sessions, and usage reservation records, and to anonymize account information, such as removing or replacing identifiable email, name, and avatar data.

Paid orders, transaction records, entitlement records, necessary logs, and data that must be retained for reconciliation, transaction tracking, entitlement verification, fraud prevention, tax, compliance, dispute handling, or legal reasons may not be deleted together with the account deletion request. Retained data will continue to be kept only as necessary and handled under applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

Once an account is deleted or anonymized, the action is usually not reversible.

10. Service Changes and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the service for technical, operational, security, compliance, or legal reasons.

If we terminate paid access that is still valid for reasons other than your breach, we will provide reasonable compensation, alternative access, or a prorated refund depending on the circumstances. If access is restricted or terminated because you violated these Terms, engaged in suspected fraud or abuse, or violated legal requirements, unused benefits are generally non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, fully accurate, or meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including losses arising from reliance on AI-generated content, interpretation differences, third-party use of results, service interruptions, or data loss.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the service are governed by applicable law. If a dispute arises, both parties should first try to resolve it amicably by contacting support@shen-shu.com.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it should be submitted to a court or dispute resolution body with proper jurisdiction under applicable law.

13. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms due to product changes, payment method changes, legal requirements, or operational needs. For material changes, we will try to provide at least 14 days' notice before the effective date through the website, app notice, email, or similar means.

If you continue to use the service after the Terms are updated, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
