Analysis of the Time of Dingsi on the Days of Liugui

六癸日生时丁巳,贵地逢财遇暗官;

有托就看财禄盛,无依必定福偏残。

癸日丁巳时,癸合财官,癸用丙为财,戊为官,庚为印,巳为天乙贵人。巳上庚金长生,丙戊建禄,癸水受胎,若有倚托,通水气月,贵,不通水气。平常。时逢三奇,大抵发于晚年。

癸丑日丁巳时,先贫后富,行火水运,发达。

癸卯日丁巳时,若子月,身旺财旺,贵显。

癸巳日丁巳时,财官双美。子月,贵。火月,富。天乾透土,地支午未,主大权贵。纯丑,极品。

癸未日丁巳时,寅午戌月,身财旺显,秋冬禄旺,伤残疾。

癸酉日丁巳时,先贫后富。巳酉月,官印俱旺。亥卯未,食伤生财,贵显。午戌,财旺,亦吉。

癸亥日丁巳时,刑害。春夏月生,好。秋,印绶,吉。冬,平常。庚寅年月,武贵。

巳时禄马同争先,造化无私产大贤;刑冲减半无空克,运至声名扬九天。癸日时临丁巳,贵人禄马同乡,三重蛇马正朝纲,玉殿金阶来往。壬亥申寅减半,只愁运落空亡,果无冲克无刑伤,舞拜凤凰池上。

Interpretation

When a person is born on a day of the sixth Gui (in the sexagenary cycle) with the time being Ding Si, they encounter wealth in an auspicious place and meet an implicit official position.

If there is someone to rely on, one will see prosperity in wealth and fortune; without support, one's blessings are surely incomplete.

On the Gui day and at the Ding Si hour, Gui combines with wealth and official positions. Gui takes Bing as wealth, Wu as an official position, and Geng as the seal. Si is the Celestial Noble Star. On Si, Geng metal is in its state of birth, Bing and Wu are at the stage of prosperous energy, and Gui water is in the state of being conceived. If there is support and it is in a month with the qi of water, it indicates nobility; if it doesn't have the qi of water, it is just ordinary. When there are the Three Rare Elements at this time, generally one will achieve success in old age.

On the day of Guichou and at the hour of Dingsi, one will be poor first and then rich. If one experiences the fortune of the fire and water elements in the life journey, one will become prosperous.

On the day of Guimao and at the time of Dingsi, if it is the month of Zichou, one has a strong physical constitution and abundant wealth, and will achieve high status and distinction.

On the day of Guisi and at the hour of Dingsi, there is a combination of wealth and official position. If one is born in the Zi month, they will be noble. If born in a fire month, they will be wealthy. If the Heavenly Stem reveals earth and the Earthly Branches have Wu and Wei, it indicates great power and nobility. If the Earthly Branches are all Chou, it represents the highest level of nobility.

On the day of Guiwei and at the time of Dingsi, in the months of Yin, Wu, and Xu, one's body and wealth will be prosperous and prominent. In autumn and winter, when the salary is prosperous, there will be injuries and disabilities.

On the day of Guishui and at the time of Dingsi, one will be poor first and then rich. In the month of Siyou, both official positions and seals (symbols of power and status) are prosperous. In the months related to Haimao and Weisheng, with the production of wealth by the influence of food and injury, one will be noble and prominent. In the months of Wuxu, with prosperous wealth, it is also auspicious.

On the day of Guihai and at the time of Dingsi, there are conflicts and harms. Those born in spring and summer will have good fortune. In autumn, with the seal and ribbon (a favorable astrological concept), it is auspicious. In winter, the situation is just ordinary. If born in the year and month of Gengyin, one can achieve noble status in military affairs.

At the hour of Si, wealth and honor vie to come first. Nature is impartial and produces great sages. If there are half as many conflicts and clashes and no empty or harmful influences, when good fortune arrives, one's fame will spread across the nine heavens. For those born on a Gui day at the hour of Ding-Si, noble patrons, wealth, and honor are in the same place. With threefold serpents and horses facing the court, they can move freely in the imperial palace. For those born on a Ren day at the hours of Hai, Shen, or Yin, the blessings are halved. One only worries about the fortune falling into the empty and inauspicious positions. If there are truly no conflicts, clashes, or injuries, one can bow and pay homage in the imperial court.
