Bringing Misfortune to Husband and Son
Original Text
Interpretation
Those who harm their husbands and overcome their children are those whose husband stars have their stems and branches out of position, are born in an inauspicious month, and there are clashes and restraints in the pillar. The earthly branch of the hour also fails to support. Moreover, the seal characters appear repeatedly, stealing the qi of the husband star, causing great harm to the children. The husband and children cannot prosper but are in a state of decline at the hour. For example, in a certain horoscope: Bingzi, Gengzi, Yihai, Bingzi. For the Yi Wood, Geng Metal is the husband star. In the eleventh month, the metal is cold and the water is freezing. Also, the metal is in a state of death in the Zi position. The Hai and Zi waters in the branches steal all the qi of the metal. There is no Earth in the pillar to generate and assist the hurting officer, and there is an abundance of Wood, so it harms the husband. For the Yi Wood, Bing Fire is the child. When led to the Zi hour, it is a place where the water is strong and the fire is extinguished. Although there are two Fires in the stems of the year and hour, they are countered by a group of Waters. Both the husband and the child perish, so it is said to harm the husband and overcome the child. The rest can be deduced in the same way.
