谓甲人见丙有辛合，己人见辛有丙合，乙见丁壬，庚见壬丁，丙见戊癸，辛见癸戊之例，主为官有权印。

Interpretation

It is said that when a person of the Jia (甲) element sees Xin (辛) combining with Bing (丙), a person of the Ji (己) element sees Xin (辛) combining with Bing (丙), a person of the Yi (乙) element sees Ding (丁) combining with Ren (壬), a person of the Geng (庚) element sees Ren (壬) combining with Ding (丁), a person of the Bing (丙) element sees Wu (戊) combining with Gui (癸), and a person of the Xin (辛) element sees Gui (癸) combining with Wu (戊), it indicates that the person will hold official positions and have power and seals.
