Sheep Strikes Pig and Snake
Original Text
Interpretation
This pattern applies to the days of Xinwei and Guiwei. When two or three Wei characters combine to form the Hai character, it forces out Bing and Wu in the Si position, which serve as the official stars for Xin and Gui. It is excellent if there is a You or Chou character in the natal chart to hold in the noble qi. It is feared that the pattern will be filled, counter - attacked, or in conflict. For example, in the natal charts of Jiaxu, Xinwei, Guiwei, Guichou and Gengshen, Guiwei, Xinwei, Yimao, these two charts match the pattern and both indicate nobility. There is a poem saying: "The pattern of the Goat striking the Pig and the Snake is extremely powerful. It is appropriate when the day stems are Xin and Gui and the day branches are Wei. If there are You or Shen characters in the chart, with the combined good fortune intact, one can enter the court." For all the above patterns, they can only be used when there are no wealth and official stars in the natal chart. If there are, they should not be considered.
