Interpretation

On the days with the Heavenly Stem Xin (six types of Xin days), when the birth time is the hour of Yiwei, the fire and wood complement each other, and there's no fear of metal.

The moon, infused with the golden qi, thrives in spring. When wealth is prosperous and gives rise to officialdom, one's status will naturally be noble.

On the Xin day and in the Yiwei hour, the heavenly wealth enters the treasury. Xin takes Yi as wealth, and it enters the treasury at Wei; Ji is the reversed food, and Ding is the proper ghost. There is hidden Ding at Wei, and Ji is subdued by the visible Yi and cannot cause harm. If one is born in the months of Si, You, or Chou, it indicates nobility. If there is a connection with the fire element and one travels in the western direction in terms of fortune; if there is a connection with the metal element and one travels in the southern direction in terms of fortune, both indicate nobility.

On the Xin Chou day and Yi Wei hour, there is punishment. In the months of Hai, Mao, Wei, and Yin, with prosperous wealth generating official luck, one will either be noble or wealthy. In the cases of Chen, Xu, Chou, and Zi, all are auspicious.

On the Xinmao day and at the Yiwei time, if it is the Hai, Mao, or Wei month, wealth is prosperous and generates official positions, which is auspicious.

On the day of Xinsi and at the time of Yiwei, if the month is in harmony with metal and fire, it indicates nobility. If the fortune is prosperous, it also indicates nobility.

On the Xinwei day and the Yiwei hour, if the year and month are Yin, Mao, or Wei, wealth is prosperous and can generate official luck, resulting in high reputation and heavy emoluments. If one is connected to the fire qi and travels westward; or connected to the metal qi and travels southward, both are auspicious.

On the Xinyou day and Yichou hour, if the month is connected with the fire qi and one travels in the eastern direction in terms of fortune, they will be noble. Being born in the months corresponding to Chen, Xu, Chou, or Wei is the most auspicious. For those born in the months related to Hai or Mao, they will be prominent but not for long. If born in autumn, the body qi is too strong while the wealth and official qi are weak, which portends a tragic and early death.

On the day of Xin-hai and at the time of Yi-wei, if it is the months of Hai, Mao, and Wei, it forms a pattern of wealth stars, which is auspicious. In autumn and winter, one will be lonely. If the earthly branches are Chen or Chou, one can serve as a close attendant of the third rank.

On the Xin day at the Weishi hour, the storehouse door opens. Standing firm, the family is established and wealth comes spontaneously. In the fortune of metal and wood, one is prosperous and lucky. After several dangerous encounters, good fortune returns. When it's the Xin day and the Weishi hour meets the Yiwei period, the partial wealth emerges from the storehouse. When the fortune moves in the phases of wood and metal, one should avoid being in a weak state. The fortune is smooth when it reaches the Chou and Xu periods. One enjoys good fortune in the early years and has no disasters in family life. Glory, wealth and honor are arranged in one's destiny. Without setbacks, one can be an upright and peaceful official.
