Flying Lucky Stars and Auspicious Horses
Original Text
Interpretation
The "Xiji Pian" says: If one is born in a month with the "Shangguan" (Hurting Officer) aspect, even if it seems inauspicious, it may not necessarily be so. Among them, there is the pattern of "Dao Lu Fei Chong" (Inverted Salary Flying and Rushing). It is taboo to have the "Guan Xing" (Officer Star) present, and it is also disliked to have fetters. There are only four days for this pattern: Gengzi, Renzi, Xinhai, and Guihai. Those born in the tenth or eleventh lunar months when the winter water is purely yin, and there are no "Cai" (Wealth) and "Guan" (Officer) in the eight - character column, can use this pattern. Moreover, the month, hour, or year should have the same earthly branch as the day, so that the "flying and rushing" can occur. It is taboo for the "Guan Xing" to be exposed, for if so, the "salary" cannot fly and rush. If there are "He Shen" (Combining Gods) causing fetters, the "flying and rushing" cannot happen. There must be one character in the column that combines with the "Lu" (Salary) and "Ma" (Horse), so that the noble qi will not be lost. It is favorable to have "Shangguan" and "Shi Shen" (Eating God) and the original luck of the heavenly stems and earthly branches. For example, in the case of the Gengzi day, Geng takes Ding fire as the "Guan Xing". If one is born in the Zishui month, it is a month with the "Shangguan" aspect, which can be regarded as an inauspicious situation. If there are many Zi characters, they can rush out the Ding fire in the Wu earth, then the Geng day can obtain the "Guan Xing", so it cannot be simply regarded as inauspicious. There should be a Wei, or a Yin, or a Xu in the column, and it is wonderful if there is just one character that combines with Wu. If there is a Chou causing fetters, the Zi will be greedy for combination and cannot rush the "Lu" in the Wu. If the Ding character, as the exposed "Guan Xing", or the Bing character, as the obvious "Sha" (Killing Star), or the Wu character filling the position, or the Wu swallowing up, the good fortune will be reduced. The same applies to the annual and monthly luck. For the Renzi day, Ren takes Ji earth as the "Guan Xing". There should be many Zi characters in the column to rush out the Ji earth in the Wu, then the Ren day can obtain the "Guan Xing". Its favorable and unfavorable factors are the same as those of the Gengzi day. For the Xinhai day, Xin takes Bing fire as the "Guan Xing". For the Guihai day, Gui takes Wu earth as the "Guan Xing". In both cases, there should be many Hai characters in the four - pillar to rush out the Bing and Wu in the Ji, then Xin and Gui can obtain the "Guan Xing". There should be a Shen, or a You, or a Chou in the column, and it is wonderful if there is just one for combination. If there are too many, it won't work. If there is a Yin causing fetters, the Hai will be greedy for combination and cannot rush the "Lu" in the Ji. If the Bing, Wu, and Ji, as the exposed "Guan Xing", the good fortune will be reduced. The same applies to the annual and monthly luck.
An ancient song says:
In the pattern of direct clash, Geng and Ren are involved. When the Zi element goes to clash, official rank and fortune will naturally thrive. If the four pillars further encounter Yin, Xu, and Wei, obtaining any one of these three characters can lead to the attainment of fame and official positions.
Moreover:
In the Renzi month of Geng year, it's said to conflict with the official position. When Wu is activated, Ding moves and Ji also relocates. If there are no issues of filling, breaking, or penalizing, one's outstanding reputation will spread far and wide.
Moreover:
Few people recognize the Flying Celestial Horses of Official Salary. With repeated Geng, Ren and Zi in the Bazi, noble status is beyond doubt. If there are no obstructions in the Bazi and the official stars are evident, one can rise rapidly to high positions in the court.
Moreover:
When Xin and Gui clash with the official star on a Hai day, it's quite significant. In the Si branch, Bing and Wu represent prosperous emoluments. Moreover, if the life chart has You, Chou, and Shen, obtaining one harmonious element will bring nobility and honor.
Moreover:
When the day meets Xin or Gui and the earthly branch is Hai, and You, Chou combine with Shen to form an auspicious constellation of noble people. If the four pillars support each other without Wu or Ji, one will spread a magnificent reputation across a thousand miles.
