Interpretation
The eleventh lunar month
If a person is born on a day with the Heavenly Stem of Jia or Yi and in the month with the Earthly Branch of Zi, it represents the Seal (Yinshou) in the Bazi (Four Pillars of Destiny). It is favorable to see the Official (Guan) appear openly along with the Seal. It is unfavorable if the Seal is sitting on the Wealth (Cai) or is damaged by the Hurting Officer (Shangguan). The same principle of favorable and unfavorable factors applies to the annual and大运 (Da Yun, major luck cycles).
On Bing and Ding days, one can hold official positions and gain nobility, with the harmony of yin and yang. It is favorable to show wealth and official positions, and to have Sanhe (Three - Harmony), Liuhe (Six - Harmony), and the combination of official and seal. One must examine the qi in the middle of the month in the birth chart. When the body (self - element) is strong, wealth and official positions are preferred; when the body is weak, a strong seal is preferred. Seven Killings and Hurting Officials are taboo. If the annual and monthly lucks damage the favorable places, for Ding, it gets the Partial Official. When two yin elements attack each other, a strong body with combination and restraint is preferred, and a weak body without combination and exposed elements is taboo. If there are many regular officials in the Four Pillars without restraint, in the luck, a strong body to combine the partial official is preferred, and a weak body is taboo.
On the days of Wu and Ji, there is wealth. It is favorable to have the wealth revealed and the body (the self element in the Bazi) strong. It is unfavorable to sit on the blade (a certain unfavorable configuration in Bazi) and have the peer element revealed. If one is not born on the days of Hai or Zi, it is difficult to have good fortune in terms of wealth. One should have a strong body and wealth. If the body is weak, it is favorable to have it strengthened, and it is unfavorable to have the robbery element.
On Geng and Xin days, it is considered "long - life wealth". It is favorable when the wealth is openly revealed in the Bazi and the Day Master is strong, while it is unfavorable when there is no wealth and the Day Master is weak. If there are no wealth stars in the entire Four Pillars, it is not "long - life wealth" but rather "injury officer going against salary". The month branch should be accompanied by a partial official in the hour pillar. For Geng days, with Bing or Si in the hour pillar, and for Xin days, with Ding or Wu in the hour pillar, there is restraint, which is auspicious. Secondly, it is preferable that the day and hour pillars have various hidden forms, which is a sign of nobility. If the three officials (year, day, and hour) are not encountered, the fortune of the person can be predicted. In the luck cycle, when the Day Master is strong, wealth is preferred; when the Day Master is weak, strength is preferred. Generally, the presence of peer and robbery stars should be avoided.
On Ren and Gui days, Ren is in a prosperous state, and Gui has a "Jianlu" status. It simply indicates a strong self. However, both fame and fortune are completely melted away by the month's stem and branch. It is quite suitable to have a partial official star in the hour pillar, which brings nobility. For example, for a Ren - day person born in the Wushen or Jisi hour, and for a Gui - day person born in the Sishi or Wushi hour. Secondly, it is advisable to have various invisible forms in the day and hour pillars, which also brings nobility. If the year, month, and hour pillars do not encounter such favorable conditions, the fate can be predicted. In the fortune - telling aspect, the person prefers the partial official star in the luck cycle and dislikes the direct official star.
The twelfth lunar month (usually refers to the period from January 6th to February 3rd in the Gregorian calendar in the traditional Chinese lunar calendar system)
If one is born in the Chou month on a day of the Jia or Yi stem, it forms a Mixed - Qi Official pattern, which is considered auspicious. It is preferable for the official star to appear in the Heavenly Stems. If it doesn't, there should be a clash to activate it. Once it appears in the Heavenly Stems, a clash is not desired. In the luck cycle, the presence of the wealth element is favorable. It is inauspicious if the official star is hidden without a clash, if there is a mixture of the official and the seven - killing stars, or if there is an output star (伤官). The official star likes to be combined frequently. When the body (self - element) is strong, the luck cycles of wealth and official are preferred. When the body is weak, the luck cycles of strengthening the self - element are desired. It is inauspicious if the year and month bring both the seven - killing star and the output star simultaneously.
On Bing and Ding days, it represents mixed - qi wealth. It is favorable for wealth to appear in the Heavenly Stems and unfavorable for the Yang Ren and Bi Jian. In the prosperous phase of the body (personal energy in the context of fortune - telling), wealth is preferred, while in the weak phase, it is favorable for the body to become prosperous and connected. Robbery and wealth are unfavorable. If one is not born on Shen, You, or Chou days, it is difficult to acquire wealth.
The days of Wuxu and Jihai represent the residual - qi wealth. Those born about seven and a half days after Minor Cold at the beginning of the lunar month have the residual qi of Gui - water. Without the Peer - to - Peer (BiJian) and the Defeating Wealth (BaiCai), even with the Yang - Blade (YangRen), one can still make a fortune and achieve nobility. If one is born after this period, there is neither benefit nor harm from the Chou Earth, and the life will be ordinary. If the Day and Hour Palaces can have various noble configurations, one can also achieve success. For those with residual - qi wealth and nobility, they prefer the wealth to be revealed and the body (self) to be prosperous, and they avoid the situation where the wealth is weak and the body is feeble. The preferences and taboos in the fortune - telling are the same as those in the life.
The Geng and Xin days fall in the month of self - storage. One will only have a strong constitution, few illnesses, a peaceful life, and a long lifespan. There is nothing else worthy of note in the monthly order. It is quite suitable to have a partial official star in the hour pillar, which can bring nobility. And if there are various invisible forms in the day and hour pillars, one can still enjoy good fortune. For the poor official star in the hour pillar, it refers to the Bing hour and the Si hour for the Geng day, and the Ding hour and the Wu hour for the Xin day. In terms of the luck cycle, it is favorable to encounter combinations with the partial official star, while the encounter with the proper official star is unfavorable.
On the Ren and Gui days, there is a mixed - qi wealth, which is regarded as auspicious. It is favorable when the seal element is revealed and the official element appears, as well as when there are punishments and clashes. It is unfavorable when the seal element is hidden. In the fortune - cycle, it is suitable to go through the regions of the official and seal elements, and it is taboo for the wealth element to damage the seal element. The rest is the same as the previous discussion.
The first lunar month (corresponding to February in the Gregorian calendar in most cases)
On the day of Jia, getting Yin as the Establishing Prosperity (Jianlu), and on the day of Yi, it is in a prosperous and favorable state. There is no suitable pattern to be found in the monthly order. It is only beneficial to have a strong body (in the context of Bazi) over a long period. It is quite suitable to have a partial official at the hour pillar and various unseen forms in the day and hour pillars, which indicates nobility. For the partial official at the hour pillar, for the day of Jia, it refers to the Geng hour (Shen hour) and for the day of Yi, it refers to the Xin hour (You hour). If there is no suitable pattern to be found in the year, day, and hour palaces, one's whole - life situation can be known. For those with a partial official, they prefer to have a fortune that combines with the partial official and should avoid the direct official.
If the day of birth falls on Bing or Ding days, it is considered auspicious as it represents the "Print" element. It is favorable when the "Print" element sits on an "Official" position and the "Official" and "Print" stars are visible. It is inauspicious when the "Wealth" star is visible. It is advisable to have the fortune in the "Official" and "Print" phases, and it is unfavorable to have the fortune in the "Wealth" and "Harm to Print" phases.
When the day is Wu (the 5th of the Ten Heavenly Stems), it represents the partial official, which is an auspicious sign. When two yang elements are in conflict, it is favorable for the body to be strong and unfavorable for the body to be weak. If the partial official is combined, there's no need to control it; if it's not combined, it needs to be controlled. In the fortune - telling, it is favorable to have a strong body and the combination and control of the partial official, and it is unfavorable to have a weak body, the presence of the proper official, and the fortune in the domain of the evil star. When the day is Ji (the 6th of the Ten Heavenly Stems), it represents the proper official, which is an auspicious sign. With the harmony between yin and yang, it is favorable when it sits on an exposed wealth, has an exposed official star again, forms a triple - combination or a six - combination, and the body is strong. It is unfavorable to have the seven - evil star and the damaging official. The proper official prefers an obvious combination. When the body is strong, it is favorable to have the fortune in the aspects of wealth and the proper official; when the body is weak, it is favorable to have a strengthening fortune.
One should avoid the seven deadly stars and the partial official star.
On Geng and Xin days, wealth is represented. It is favorable to have abundant wealth openly shown when one's body (physical condition or energy in the context of fortune - telling) is strong. It is unfavorable to sit on the blade (a certain unfavorable configuration in fortune - telling) and have the peer element (an element that has a certain relationship in the five - element theory) revealed. If one's body is weak and does not encounter Yin or Mao days, it is difficult to have good fortune in terms of wealth. When the body is in a favorable state for fortune, it likes wealth. When the body is weak, it likes to be in a prosperous state. It is unfavorable to have the robbery element (an element that can have a negative impact on wealth) present.
On Ren and Gui days, it represents the prosperous growth of wealth. It is favorable for the wealth element to appear in the Heavenly Stems and unfavorable for it to be hidden. If there is no wealth element showing in the Heavenly Stems of the Bazi, it is not the prosperous - growth wealth but rather the situation where the Hurting Officer goes against the official salary. In the monthly branch, it is quite suitable to have the partial official at the hour pillar. For a Ren - day person, having Wu at the hour pillar or Si at the hour pillar; for a Gui - day person, having Si at the hour pillar or Wu at the hour pillar, and when the wealth element does not appear in the year, month, and day pillars, it indicates nobility. If there are no favorable configurations in these three pillars, it's hard to say it's a good fate. In the fortune - luck stage, when the body (self - element) is strong, it likes the presence of wealth; when the body is weak, it likes to become stronger. It is unfavorable to have the proper official when the body is weak.
